Back To School Night Key Points

Parents, 

If you missed our Back to School Night Presentation last night here are some key takeaways going forward. Also clicking here  you can find a link to the last 18 minutes of the presentation:

• Digital Communication will be key 
  • If you have not heard from your child's teacher you should email them directly ASAP to estbalish contact. 
  • If your child is coming into the building you should have received an email "no reply" which is to complete the Cleared4School registration. If you did not receive this email please email Mr. Reid at ereid@notredameint.org with the email you want linked to the account. 
  • You should have received an email from Mr. Valvano with a link to update Powerschool Info. If you did not recieve that please email Mr. Reid from the preferred guardian email address to get that re-sent. 
• The signed addendum to the Covid-19 Handbook Policies you received in the mail should be signed and a picture of it emailed to Ms. Koralja at ckoralja@notredameint.org 

 

• The Blue Cohort begins in person on Monday September 14th with the Gold and White (Remote only) Cohorts at home. 
  • If you are in the blue cohort and have not received the email to set up your Cleared4School account you need to do so immediately or contact Mr. Reid for guidance. 

 

• School is in session full time
  • Whether fully remote or on the week your child is home, they are IN school still and expected to participate in classes remotely. 
• Book Pick Up 
  • This Friday Gold and White Cohorts ONLY should be coming to school to pick up items. Blue Cohort students will receieve their school materials on the first day of school. 
• Loaned Devices
  • If your child is in the buidling full time, they will not be given a loaned device 
  • Loaners will be given out with priority given to upper grades first.
